Pure Tube-Based Full Balanced Circuit
The C100 adopts a fully balanced circuit design, with the entire signal path from input to output driven by vacuum tubes without additional auxiliary circuits. The "Hot" and "Cold" signals are processed independently and remain completely separated throughout, greatly suppressing external interference, achieving extreme channel separation and a wide dynamic range, and enhancing the stereo field performance of music.
Zero Feedback Class A Amplification
The C100 features a coordinated architecture of Class A amplification and zero feedback circuit, abandoning the traditional feedback structure to improve the inherent integrity of the circuit. It not only retains the natural and smooth original texture of music signals but also achieves extremely high transparency, resolution and accurate musical expression; the pure Class A structure can stably amplify subtle signals, fully transmit musical details and energy, breaking through the resolution and transparency limitations of traditional tube preamplifiers.
UTS (Upper Tube Set) Design
Incorporates FJORD AUDIO's proprietary UTS technology, adopting inverted vacuum tube installation and a dedicated tube ring structure to suppress the tube microphonic effect and reduce external vibration interference; the vacuum tubes are closely combined and firmly fixed with a thick duralumin structure, further reducing noise and improving SNR performance.
64-Step Precision R2R Attenuator Volume
The volume control consists of a 64-step precision R2R attenuator volume controller, adopting a precise stepped structure to accurately maintain left-right channel balance and minimize signal transmission loss. Even in low-volume environments, it can fully retain musical details and spatial information, achieving precise volume adjustment and pure sound quality output.
Separate Power Supply Design
Adopts a separate layout of power supply and main unit, with fully independent power supply for left and right channels. Each channel is equipped with an independent toroidal transformer and dedicated power circuit, minimizing inter-channel interference and providing stable and reliable power supply; the power supply alone weighs 18 kg, which is a rare large-scale power design among preamplifiers.
